Isosceles Triangle: Patterns & Trends
Over Time

Teachers will observe students' reading patterns as they move through predictable books, leveled books, classroom reading charts and chants, home reading, and classroom literature individually, in small groups, and in large group situations.

Teachers will dialogue with students to determine progression, strategies implemented, and challenges. They will then implement learning opportunities to help children move forward and gain new skills.

Teachers will use Running Records, notes, and other media to record children's reading samples, behaviors and skills.

Children will be expected to improve at their own rate to the best of their ability, and so the program is highly individualized.
